You are welcome to inform us before arrival if you have a down allergy and would like synthetic bedding.

The rooms are ready for you from 2 pm. You are welcome to store your luggage if you arrive earlier and the room is not yet ready.

On the day of departure, your room will be at your disposal until 11 am. You are welcome to store your luggage if you would like to spend the day in Baden-Baden.

We are happy to provide a bed for your baby free of charge. We ask for prior reservation.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast from the buffet with many regional and homemade products. In summer you have the possibility to have breakfast on our terrace and watch the life awake on the market place.

Dogs are welcome with us after advance notification at the room reservation. We charge 8 euros per day for your four-legged friend. Please be considerate of other hotel guests and understand that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.

Free highspeed wifi is available throughout the house and secured by a password, which you will receive at the reception.

Since our house is already 300 years old, it is a listed building. Therefore we are not allowed to install air conditioners.

The spa tax in Baden-Baden is 3.80 euros per person/night. Working guests, congress participants and children under 18 are exempt from the visitor's tax.

We have a limited number of parking spaces directly at the hotel, but we do not reserve them in advance. They are allocated according to availability upon arrival. Cost: 12.- Euro per day. 

Otherwise, there is within walking distance at the New Castle, public free parking in Schloßstrasse. Since this parking lot is on the way to the hotel, you can park directly there if you travel light. It saves you the journey through the traffic-calmed down zone. It will take you about 5-10 minutes to walk to our hotel. On the way, right next to the castle there is a great ( beautiful ) viewing platform, which gives you a first wonderful ( inviting ) panoramic view over the roofs of Baden-Baden.

The Vincenti Parkgarage is 5 minutes away from us and offers covered and guarded parking for a daily rate of 20 Euro, two days for 33 Euro.

You are welcome to smoke on the terrace in front of the hotel. However, smoking is prohibited in all premises of the hotel.

We will gladly reserve a cab to pick you up at the airport Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden (approx. 50 Euro) or from the train station Baden-Baden (approx. 35 Euro). Please ask us about this when booking.

Please inform us about any intolerances when making your room reservation. We will then be happy to offer you alternatives for your breakfast.

You can pay your bill on the day of departure or the evening before until 9 pm. We accept cash payments, EC cards, Visa, Master Card and Maestro.
